In many industrial production processes, pH control is essential, and this system is designed to automatically manage pH dosing and regulation. Typically, the control system and equipment consist of five main components: a pH sensor, an industrial online pH monitor, a control box, a precision dosing pump, and a dosing tank. The working principle is as follows: First, the pH sensor detects the pH value of the liquid in the neutralization tank or chemical reactor and transmits it to the pH monitor. Based on the production requirements, high and low control points are set on the pH monitor. The monitor compares the input pH signal with the set values and outputs a switch signal or proportional control signal to the control box, which then adjusts the dosing pump to add acid or alkali. This system operates automatically without manual intervention, improving dosing accuracy and work efficiency while ensuring production stability and personnel safety. The system includes a 4-20mA output for integration into PLC systems and is primarily suitable for industries such as chemical processing, wastewater treatment, electroplating, and fermentation.
